Terms of Use for Shareware Web Site Templates

These "Terms of Use" were written to clarify the terms under which our shareware Web site templates may be used. These terms are legally binding.

1. Only the files specified within the shareware template package that you have bought are permitted to be downloaded, uploaded or placed in another directory. All files that comprise the Dusk Owl Web site itself are the sole, exclusive, and permanent property of Dusk Owl and may not be reproduced in any way including screen captures or downloads.
2. You may alter, colourise, resize or modify, or replace any images, change HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code in the shareware template package that you have bought. Dusk Owl is not responsible for any errors that could occur as a result of these changes and shall charge by the hour for fixing them.
3. You may build a Web site for yourself or for your client using our shareware Web site template.
4. You may not complete more than one project based on the same shareware Web site template. If you need the template for another project, you shall pay for it again.
5. You may not use any of the images which are part of the shareware template package to create filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, fonts or other derivatives.
6. You may not place images, files, or templates as a whole within the shareware template package in any on-line collections or archives. In addition, no images, files, or templates as a whole are to be redistributed or placed within any compilation CDs, software, or other reproducible media.
7. Shareware Web site templates cannot be bought for exclusive use. Please request custom template design if you want a unique design.
8. You may not use any of our shareware Web site templates for Web sites promoting child, animal, or any other form of abuse, hate, bigotry, racism, or illegal pornographic activities.

Dusk Owl reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use without any prior notice.
